The owner Richard Triplett is very accomplished in what he teaches and really cares about his students. I teach yoga for him there and he is wonderful to work for.
Trained with Sensi Tripplet 28 years ago. I moved away for a while & got involved with other things. I tried out a few different styles & I really liked Okonawa-Te Karate, the belts weren't just given to you for just going through the motions when you got the next belt you earned it. The style is not fancy & flashy, it teaches you more realistic life situations, & a pure form of karate. I loved how this style focuses on the hands allot not just the kicks. Geninuine & has great heart, it's the real deal
