I chose this Wellness Center because of his many years of expertise and knowledge. He’s very thorough in his assessments and truly cares about helping others.
Being in the health and fitness field for the last thirty years I have come to realize that you cannot have a one size fits all when it comes to total Body Health and Wellness! Our bodies function the same but we don't move the same! There must be in place certain specific assessment and start up testing protocols to properly customize a program for results, no cookie cutter training works, period! Michael's Wellness Center has the tools, knowledge, experience, passion and cutting edge proven results to handle many modalities and challenges that face our aging bodies today! We are very excited to share our love for fitness and Wellness with anyone who is serious about improving their development and reducing their risks against disease and illness! Thank you and many blessings!
