I called this company today at a last moment notice as our Pastor of the church had misplaced his keys... they offered us a great deal with multiple keys and the ability to have the job done based on our schedule. First time customer: Arrived at Desert Lock door at 4:47 PM, unaware of operational hours they closed at 4:30 PM. As I walked back to my vehicle, someone in a white van l called out to me. Of course, I know better than to speak to strangers in vans (LOL), but the van belonged to Desert Lock, so I approached as he backed the van up and parked. A gentleman asked if he could help, and I shared my quest for obtaining a specific mailbox latch. He immediately informed me he didn't carry the latch in the store but spent time digging around in the van to check spare parts. Givoni, (sp?), ultimately did not have the part but KNOCKED IT OUT OF THE PARK with exceptional CUSTOMER... read full review

I have used them several times in the past. The only locksmith I use. Unfortunately this time my issue was un able to be resolved. Will still recommend them and will continue to use them when needed. I give them 5stars
