Although we miss John very much, Chad and his wife have continued the same outstanding quality, excellent responsiveness/punctuality and friendly professional customer service that makes them the only ones we ever call to clean our carpets. They do a fabulous job! I’ve used other carpet cleaning services and Copes by far is the best . very friendly, very reasonable, and always doing their best to please you. I wouldn’t use any other carpet or upholstery service!
