Kaitlyn did an EXCELLENT job with my bob! She made it look so cute and complimentary with my face shape! And she styled it so well! Super happy with the result. Kaitlyn was super communicative, she made me feel heard and she honored my requests!

The staff at the front desk did such a wonderful job pairing me with the perfect stylist! That’s where it all started - I believe the whole staff are the best in the AV!

I got my hair cut and I was half way through and I asked her if she cut shorter and she was so nice about it and my hair came out so pretty and it was not expensive compared to other places the lady who cut my hair has blondish kind of hair I did not catch her hair.
