I’m very pleased with this company’s product and service.
I needed to replace a old rickety wood gate. I chose Straight Gate Fence Company after viewing their website and image gallery and comparing other local companies. I called the main number and left a message. Richard, the main man, messaged me back and asked what I was looking for and details of my old gate. He was able to come out the next day with samples and to take measurements and access the old gate space for a new installation. After several years since the installation, my steel driveway gate had started to get out of alignment and stick, and with hot days, I couldn't open it. But I called Richard at Straight Gate who sent Ruben to re-adjust the gate and showed me how easy it is so that I could open it again. Thanks guys ?
We contacted Richard on July 3rd to schedule an estimate. Surprisingly, the next day, he took a break from enjoying the holiday to meet with us! He had our estimate ready within the hour, and our three gates were installed less than two
weeks later. The whole process was so easy because this company runs so efficiently. All three gates are perfectly crafted, and each one has made a significant difference in aesthetics of our home. Overall, the entire experience was awesome, and we couldn’t be happier with our beautiful gates!
