I can't say enough great things about this shop, and the incredible owner, Karin. I've been coming here for electrolysis for the past year, and it's been a fantastic experience. Karin is incredibly easy to work with, always accommodating my last-minute appointments with a smile. Her space is welcoming and cozy, offering snacks and water to make the visit even more pleasant. The vibe is so chill and relaxing, it feels like a mini retreat every time I go. I'm so glad I found her she has made the process of hair removal comfortable and confidential. Highly recommend her services to anyone looking for effective and professional electrolysis!
I had my first session with Karin today and she was AMAZING! She is so warming and welcoming and made me feel at ease. I've already gone through the electrolysis process years ago on and off with a different person in West LA but I've moved to Lakewood area and the drive to my former person was a hour drive one-way and I couldn't do it anymore. So I yelped for other locations and came across Karin which is only 10 minutes away from me! I'm so glad I booked with her. I'm almost to the finish line of my process but I'm thankful that I met Karin. I plan on going to her for my future appointments too. Thank you again! Karin is very personable and professional. I am glad to have found a great electrologist close to home. I have had electrolysis at other places and Karin's welcoming personality keeps me coming back. The business is located inside a salon, but the front entrance is nice with a nice quiet little waiting area.
