Losing a loved one is never easy. The day our father died our hospice provider was nowhere to be found. We googled and found simplicity cremation. So professional, so easy, the young men that showed up at the house to transport our father were implicitly dressed in vests and ties and it was almost 100 degrees in the San Fernando valley. They asked us questions about how we wanted them to proceed, if we wanted to be in the room, were we comfortable with them handling him in any particular way. They did everything in their power to make us feel comfortable in a time where you don't know what you're feeling. Thank you simplicity for making a very hard day a little bit easier.
