I've been to the office a few times, and I wasn't too happy with my first 2 experiences. The first time there was very loud mariachi music being played from what I believe was the break room (not the regular overhead music for the office). I was in the chair across from this room, and it was so loud and distracting that it was hard for me to pay attention to what the hygienist was saying to me. The second time I was there, I asked the dentist how long the process would take, and she looked at me super confused and asked why I wanted to know. Staff are very friendly. Also, when I go there I don't feel like they are trying to find things wrong with my teeth so that they can make more money. I felt that way at my previous dental office.

Very friendly, personable staff. Great young dentist on site. Unfortunately he rotat3s between different offices and is only at Serene Dental twice per week. This seems to be customary for all of the offices in this dental group.
