Better call Frank! I've known Frank since before he owned Royal Flush and he's always done a great job and he always goes the extra mile. I called Frank Saturday night before Easter and Frank showed up at 6:15 AM Easter Sunday! He's done big jobs, $16K, and small jobs for us and he's on time, efficient and knowledgeable. Frank and James are the BEST!!!! They have been taking care of my Fathers plumbing needs for his home in Lakewood and duplex rental in Long Beach. They always come right out on every call and follow up with any issues that may arise. They are professional, patient and kind to my elderly father. We had a blocked shower and toilet at our home in Palos Verdes and so I reached out to Frank. He and James immediately came up that same morning and cleared out the drain. They also installed a clean out pipe in case of any future plumbing emergencies. James is the master digger!!! James always has the greatest attitude. He picked up all the trash, took the trash can to the street and even watered when he was finished. They treat your home like their own-with respect and transparency. They are honest, hardworking and go above and beyond. They are exemplary!!!

I had a main sewer line clog under the street. The first plumbing company would not send a cutter through because it was too far (no clean out access) and said I would have to dig out the street and it would cost upwards of $20k. After talking options, including putting in a clean out, they said they would email me quotes and never did. Royal Flush was recommended to me by a friend. And when they came out, they were able to install a clean out and send a cutter through and cleared the drain. Price was very reasonable and the all the work was done in about 4 hours. James did an awesome job. They were also able to clear out my laundry line with a cutter too. The first company said they could not send a cutter through because it would break the pipe and wanted me to spend extra money to hydro it. Frank told me pipes are meant to have cutters go through them and if the cutter broke the pipe, the pipe was already damaged and needed to be replaced anyways. I highly recommend Frank, James and Royal Flush. They did excellent work. BTW, I'm in Buena Park, not San Fransisco. Apparently something thinks I am though.
