I needed a pair of glasses and came across Optometry in the Square while reviewing an In-Network Provider listed given to me by a health plan representative. When I arrived (unannounced) to Optometry in the Square, I was greeted by a staff member, Shelly. She was friendly and helpful. I came in thinking I wanted one frame but after trying them on, I wasn't too sure about the purchase. She reassured me that we would find an alternative pair. I dropped by for a minor eyeglass repair and they repaired my glasses at no charge. I was absolutely blown away by this. This is great customer service, especially in an era of zero customer service. I’m not even a customer of theirs! I will be going here for all of optometry needs from this point forward. 5 stars.

This place gave me an excellent experience. From the young lady, Wonder Woman) that greeted and welcomed me in. If any reads my review you understand Wonder Woman,and the young the lady that did my test made me laugh and very respectful.the Doc was great and detailed and was easy to speak with. Last but not least the young man that fitted my glasses very professional.
