First massage ever today at Massage Envy. From the check in with Carlisha to the actual Massage with Carlie…it was such an amazing experience. Everyone was so sweet, informative and helpful. Nallely is my only massage therapist I know when my body needs healing I can count on her to help. She finds tension, knots and kinks I didn’t know I had but is also able to patiently work through them. If she can’t I look forward to the next torture session ?.

My massage experience was totally amazing and awesome and magical at the same time. I love how my massage therapist Carlie gave me excellent massage therapy service during my appointment. Carlie's hands were not only healing, therapeutic but those wonderful hands put me to sleep which it almost never happens with other massage therapists I have experienced in the past! ? ? I highly recommend Carlie and the whole Massage Envy Team starting from the very courteous front desk customer service to the whole therapy located in Lakewood Center Mall. ☺️
