Dr. Licuanan took over Dr. Finkelstein's practice, and has done a wonderful job of caring for me and my wife. We are very pleased to have a him as our primary care (medicare) doctor.

After the first appointment, I was sent out believing that I was done, I left the office since I didn't receive any further instructions from the Assistant. Yet, I called the office to pick up for the lab order a few days after. The front desk clerk's unfriendly demeanor is not worthy at all. She gives me the impression that it was my problem because I left. I mentioned to her that I am a new patient, and at least I could've oriented how their office works. I hope their office administrator will check the office scheduling and staff friendliness environment.

This review is for the office/reception staff regarding their friendliness, scheduling issues towards their patient/client. On telephone calls, they usually put you on hold for most of the time you call them. Today, coming into the office, I saw their front desk clerk on her cell phone while I was talking to her. She turned out very unfriendly while resolving my issue until I told her that a new patient has to be informed. I hope the management of Dr. Licuanan's office will do something about this concern.
