I had to get rid of my old furnace, because there were no parts to have it repaired. I had window air conditioners in two of my bedrooms and they were noisy. I was so happy when Juan told me about the mini split system that could do both heating and cooling, I was so happy. I hadn’t ever heard about this. These are so quiet! My neighbor also commented on that. I really appreciate the professionalism and I am very happy with the service. Great company!!
My wife and I are so happy we chose Lakewood Heating and Air Conditioning. Right around Christmas, our old system finally quit after 30 years of service. We contacted four contractors for bids. Three came to the house to have a look, but Juan was the only one who took the time to walk the entire job, inside and out, including going up into the attic. We really appreciated his attention to detail. We felt Juan was the only contractor who fully understood the work scope. When we had many questions and requests, Juan came out, on a Saturday, to answer them. None of the other contractors would have provided that level of customer service. Juan was able to drop by after hrs as this heat wave kept everyone busy, keeping 1-2 weeks to get anyone to visit. 5-star service from an honest man with principles, a rare find nowadays!
