“I needed a pair of glasses and came across Optometry in the Square while reviewing an In-Network Provider listed given to me by a health plan representative. When I arrived (unannounced) to Optometry in the Square, I was greeted by a staff member, Shelly. She was friendly and helpful. I came in thinking I wanted one frame but after trying them on, I wasn't too sure about the purchase. She reassured me that we would find an alternative pair. After patiently navigating me through their vast collection and trying on a number of different options, we came across a pair that fit my (round) face nicely. She explained my benefits in detail and walked me through the insurance process, detailing my patient responsibility. The Staff was friendly and professional and it looked like they had a variety of eyewear to choose from, including luxury eyewear. The Opticians adjusted all my eyeglasses to my specifications and they were gracious enough to do it without any charge. Due to their huge selection, I plan on returning and I recommend them to anyone looking for a Eyewear store that is not one of those huge chains that are often times overpriced with an extended wait.
