“BEST EYE DOCTOR I was looking for an eye doctor as I have not seen one since we moved to Long Beach. I was basing my choice on location and reviews. Lakewood Optometry had some of the highest reviews and, as a bonus, it is only three minutes from my house. I am so glad that we went with this option because the service was exceptional. They were very patient and understanding with my fiancé and me, despite our constant reschedules due to our busy schedules. Once we arrived to our appointment. the service was exceptional. Dr. Kara Takeda was awesome and thoroughly explained the eye exam and my results to me, patiently answering all my questions. When it came to selecting my glasses, I was very lucky to have Gladys assist me. Gladys was the best--so kind and patient with me as I changed my mind 20 different times. She continued to offer suggestions that I ended up really liking. Her service was phenomenal. Gladys provided the best customer service anyone could ever ask for. “I came to Dean's after an online search of Eyewear stores that was close to Lakewood. I had several pairs of glasses that I needed repaired. The Staff was friendly and professional and it looked like they had a variety of eyewear to choose from, including luxury eyewear. The Opticians adjusted all my eyeglasses to my specifications and they were gracious enough to do it without any charge. Due to their huge selection, I plan on returning and I recommend them to anyone looking for a Eyewear store that is not one of those huge chains that are often times overpriced with an extended wait.
