Jacob came out for repair .... a very nice guy and very knowledgeable! and thank god it was a free quote, because AGAIN...gas company employees that turn the pilot on don't know what they are talking about!! there was nothing wrong with my heater....as there wasn't the last time gas co. told me there was!!“
