This review is for the office where you get your exam. The people behind the counter ordering glasses and contacts, very nice and helpful. And their is one really nice lady in the office who is actually helpful when you have a question, the rest should be fired for rudeness. The one who with the fake eyelashes is the worst. Will never be back to this facility. They are just plain Rude with chips on their shoulder.

So I went there a month or two ago. I visited a second time about 3 days ago and needed them to check my eyes (because my vision was getting worse) . The receptionist said to show up and I could do a walk in before 3. I show up and they are about to see me, until they realized I wasn't a new customer, but that I had visited a month ago. Because of that I could only be seen by the doctor who saw me last time. She wasn't there. I WAS turned AWAY and not helped. Pretty disgusted and disappointed I was turned away from help I really needed because they ONLY would take me to see the first doctor that helped. I then drove to Wallmart and recieved excellent help

I have been calling for an appointment for over a week. Never was able to get through. They said leave a message and nobody called back. Wth. So I called Norwalk Costco and on the first call I was able to get thru set up a appointment and speak to someone so friendly
