“One of the most honest and ethical guy we've ever met! We had a heavily stained mattress from a previous tenant and hired him to clean our mattress. He arrived within a reasonable time frame range. After trying to clean and deodorize our mattress, many of the stains were still visible. Even though the mattress was unsalvagable (not his fault as we had no idea how long these stains lasted until the tenant left), he did not feel comfortable taking our money, even though we still wanted to compensate him for his time and effort. I called others first, but they could not come out on such short notice (which was understandable). But Blanca was able to come and help.
