Robby came out to service a used Landice L8 I picked up. He was prompt, friendly, and very knowledgeable. He checked the treadmill, gave it some maintenance, didn't try to sell me on anything, and told me how to keep it running well in the future. Simply upfront, honest, and so helpful! He even followed up on some console issues I was having (trying to find the hidden menu for total miles) and well after the initial visit, he came through on his word and found what I needed!
I would HIGHLY recommend him to anyone, and will be the first I call for any issues in the future!
