“We had water pooling in our garage coming from the walls. We knew something was seriously wrong. We called Mark and literally an hour later he was at our home. He did an extensive examination and gave us the news we already knew was the fix. The entire bathroom had to be redone. It was 60 years old and it had to be fixed right. After the walls and tile were pulled out, it was worse than we thought. They tore out the water / termite damaged wood. They made it new again. New plumbing, all new tile, new floors, new vanity and toilet. The tile guy did amazing work. Everything was level and plumb. Christian did all of the other work. He is th A team! We are so happy. Lovering did our kitchen in 2019. I highly recommend them.“

“Jose Sanchez and his team do great work. I have used him several times. A new roof for my son's house, roof and termite patio repair on our old house, roof repair on the new house we purchased, replaced a skylight and recently did gutter installation and repair to my son's and our house. Jose and his team has always done quality and is reasonably priced. He and his team are wonderful to work with. They show up on time, work hard and always clean up before the leave. Recently, when they did the gutter repair for our house, crew leader (Jose Hernandez) and his team had to work in really bad weather. It was raining and hailing. The crew continued to work to finish the job. We appreciated their professional and dedication to complete the job. “Cibrian Construction build an ADU over an existing garage (20x20.) His team of workers and network did an excellent job! I think the pictures speak for themselves.They were very professional, responsive to last minute changes and always making suggestions (that I would have never figured out on my own.)I am so glad I found him and had him build an ADU from start to finish (getting an architect, completing all the needed city permits, guiding me along the way, getting all needed materials, and having a team of workers and network that did the work right and to high standards.Here are pictures that I really believe speak for themselves. Above all, the owner, Noe, was always here to personally inspect all the steps along the way. He responds without hesitation and fully explains everything they are working on and what is the next phase of the constructions/project.To summarize, Cibrian Contruction (from the owner, employees, workmanship, follow-up, guide and explain all phases of the project) they did an excellent job! I couldn't be happier with what they did to my home (and now my newly wed daughter, her husband both live there and love it!). Vince and his crew are friendly, reliable, professional, and get the job done within the cost and timeframe promised. Vince also knows to look for ways to make the job go better, coming up with ideas and suggestions that we might not have thought out. On our last job, he even transported a whole pallet of unused materials back to Lowe's for us once the job was completed.“

“I had a relatively small cement job; removing an old garage entry apron and replacing it with a more gradual, mild approach. The house is almost 100 years old and the garage door is on the alley. The old entry was so severe that my car would bottom out at about half way in - or out. You could see that a prior owner had tried to fix this with a patch the did not do anything but break apart.Derrick - DCR - was doing a big job across the street from me and I interrupted him there, asking if he would take a look. He did and told me exactly what it would take to fix the grade, how it would look when he was finished and how much it would cost. Not knowing much about this type of job, I got some competing bids. Having spoken with other contractors, I am very happy with. My decision to go with DCR.He and his crew were right on time and did a fantastic job. The demo was completed in about an hour. As the debris was being hauled away, the cement arrived. A precision that amazed me, given the COVID circumstances and the news stories of scarcity in construction supply.They spent the time waiting for the cement to firm up doing the finish and keeping the leaves and other windblown items off of the apron. Once it was fairly firm they brushed it to a nice, safe finish, put up some barriers so neighborhood dogs wouldn’t get all over it.I am a completely satisfied customer. “By no means is the small job below indicative of the main work J and M can do. Visit their showroom to see some of their residential and business work which they can do for you. What we wanted to share on Yelp was that no matter how big or small the job is, J and M will still treat you with outstanding customer service and prioritize you like you were just as important as one of their huge jobs. I had asked John if his shop could make me some shelves for us, which to be quite honest, would have been nice had our original cabinet installer done for us. We had two cabinets: one directly above our refrigerator, and the other one above our microwave. Both cabinets, although spacious, wasted the top half of their available storage space since we'd never stack enough kitchen items up to the height of each cabinet. How would we recoup that wasted space above? By splitting the top & bottom shelf halves and create more surface area to store more kitchen items.John & Robert were able to do exactly what we needed both in the shelf color & finish to match the rest of our cabinets. The shelves were cut to the specs from our measurements provided, and my wife couldn't be happier with their finished product! (see attached photos) Like they say, "Happy wife, happy life!" Well, that's pretty accurate around our house so J and M definitely did us right. Quality of workmanship was top notch! Customer service was absolutely great! We wouldn't hesitate to return to J and M for any residential interior work we might need in the future. If you need cabinet/countertop work, no matter how big or small your job may be, give J and M a chance to make you just as happy as they've made us...“
