His price was around the average, we had gotten several estimates from other companies (some lower & some higher) but his knowledge of our area / roofing in general and upfront clarity of his license and insurance was the selling point for us. We had a hiccup with getting a HELOC so the process was put on hold for a couple months, when it came time to finally get the ball rolling Chris honored his original price and informed us he was scheduled out a ways but as long as we got done before the rain season was fine with us. Throughout the whole roof removal and reinstall Chris answered every petty question we happen to have and him and his crew were very quick but thorough. We wanted to install solar attic vents instead of the normal wind turbine (whirly birds) that we bought separately and he installed them plus cut in an extra one for no additional cost.
