Dr. Dixon and his staff are wonderful! Many times, depending on the issue, we can get an appointment the same day. We rescued several homeless, throw-away kittens and cats and have taken them to this clinic. Dr. Dixon always spends ample time to explain things and really cares for all furry friends. Highly recommend.

We had to put our Golden Retriever down yesterday. It was so difficult as we had him for 12 1/2 years. I can’t saw enough about the wonderful and kind people that work at Lakeside Veterinary Hospital. He had a hard time walking in so they brought a stretcher and towel to make him comfortable. They quoted me one price on the phone and it was $70 less because they didn’t charge for office visit. The doctor came in to the room and was so gentle and caring. He explained the process in detail and gave us options. I highly recommend Dr. Dixon. In fact, we are switching vets to Lakeside Animal Hospital.

For many years when I lived in Alpine, I took my dogs to Lakeside veterinary Hospital. Back then Dr. Flores was the vet. But I always had great care there. I took all my dogs and my geese there. I recently called just to find out the age of my elderly dogs, they looked in the computer and found the first time I ever visited there with my dogs, which was when they were very small puppies That helped a lot because one of my babies recently passed away and I simply wanted to be able to put a date of birth on her little memorial plaque ( She was just shy 14yrs). Remember everybody, you never Own your pets, they are simply Loaned to you. Love em everyday cherish them. .
