Dr. Shaiin Merali is absolutely incredible. I've been seeing her regularly for both acupuncture and Theta healing to help with my anxiety. She is so kind and warm, always making me feel comfortable and heard. She really takes her time to listen and address areas that I struggle with. I look forward to every appointment with her. She is a true healer!

Shaiin is the sweetest, gentlest acupuncturist! Not only does she care about your physical health, but she also cares about your mental health. After the first 10 minutes of meeting her, I knew I was in good hands. I also felt instant relief for the pain in my neck that I went to see her for. It’s a work in progress, but it’s WORKING and I cannot wait for my next session.

Lakeside Acupuncture has been a huge help for me. In March, I started battling with plantar fasciitis, reaching a point of limping each morning and after short walks. After 3 months of acupuncture treatments, and Shaiin’s advice on stretching and soaking, I was able to get back to taking long walks. Even on days that my feet are sore after walking, the recovery period is very fast, unlike prior to getting acupuncture treatments when I would have to stay off of my feet for days. She has also helped me with back pain and sinus problems. I highly recommend Lakeside Acupuncture.
