“great company! excellent price and helpful staff, as a realtor great to have people I can recommend“
“Communication was good. Workers arrived early on the scheduled day and were done within 2.5 hours (installed >150 feet of gutter). Quality of work appears quite good.“
“These guys are true professionals. I've used them twice and they did a fantastic job both times. Polite and punctual, quality work and nice people. Highly recommend them!!! We were recently putting our house in the market and the windows sparkled after they cleaned them right before our first open house.“
“These folks are great! They are right in my neighborhood and were able to come the same day that I called! There was a lot to be cleaned because of a tree overhanging the roof and they were efficient, courteous, and thorough. Communication was prompt and professional with an estimate, and an invoice by email, telephone follow ups, and so forth. I highly recommend this local family owned business!“
“AVL replaced our roof a few years ago. They did a great job at a great price. After the recent storm we had a small leak. I called and within a couple hours the leak was repaired. These guys are amazing!“
“Rob and his team of installers were outstanding. We were very pleased with their simple and practical raingutter recomendations for our home. The quality, attention to detail, showing up when scheduled and the knowledge and friendliness of the installers exceeded expectations. Many thanks for a job well-done!gary gallerstein“
“During the very crazy rains, Diamond Roofing was the only roofing company to return my calls. Courtney is absolutely amazing in communicating and getting crew out. It took a few tries for them to actually stop the leak, as it kept raining. I understand it is trial and error when plugging a leak.Because my home is a vacation rental when I am not there, when the rain finally stopped, I asked for a roof replacement bid. They informed me I had another 2 years left on the roof, but I let them know it was important for me to get ahead of problems and I wanted a bid.Another roofer had caulked my copper -- and it looked terrible. The bid included replacing the copper coping and I assumed they would clean up all the caulking and messiness that were created when trying to plug leaks.Despite Diamond's bid being $5,000 higher than the next, I hired them, as they seemed to have a big enough crew to help in a time of need and I appreciated all their help to that point. I thought paying a premium meant premium service. Not really. They just cost more.I also had a short timeline to get it done. I was guaranteed the work would be done in less than a week. At the end of the week, I was told the copper was late, and they couldn't find a stucco contractor, so they needed another week (while I had guests in the house). This was simply poor project management -- to not align subcontractors and materials ahead of time. Disappointing. Especially, since I was crystal clear of my timeline -- and I let them know if it would take 2 weeks, I could delay the new roof until Fall. When the copper and stucco seemed sloppily done, I began having long conversations -- and the response was "we're roofers, we replaced the roof." Well, if that's the attitude -- then why quote on the other work? In the end, the project management, attention to detail, and the lack of conversations ahead of time of the scope of work -- and what they would or would not do was very disappointing.I finally had a senior guy out that admitted there was a drop of the ball in setting expectations of what I really needed to get ahead of future problems, and they'd follow back up with a resolution.I simply received a $500 credit to pay for half of the side of the house that needed painting (from the stucco work). They are great roofers. However, I would get multiple bids and REALLY go through the scope of work with a fine tooth comb before hiring Diamond -- or, you may end up with a contract that misses important details -- both cosmetically and leak-preventatively down the road. I'm sure they'll be available to help on the next leak that somehow isn't covered in their contract, but likely won't be included in the 10 year warranty because they'll blame the copper that wasn't in the scope. Since I had another 2 years left on my roof, I should have had a general contractor out and better understood what my real problem and options were.“
“We were very pleased with the repairs done to our roof. Everything went very smooth and professional. I would highly recommend Dana Logsdon roofing.“
“Jesse and Lia were professional, thorough, and attentive to detail. I’d highly recommend them for your home or business!“
“I recently had RAINGUTTERS installed with Raingutters Unlimited. I called for an estimate right in the middle of a full week of rain in San Diego! Neil came out the next day for an estimate and told me it would be 2 weeks for the install and would let me know if he could do it any sooner, per my request. The following week I got the call that they could fit me in! The day of install they arrived promptly at the time he told me, very kind and thorough walking it thru with me again, installed and cleaned up. The RAINGUTTERS look beautiful and working with Neil and his team was professional and easy. I recommended RAINGUTTERS unlimited to my parents after and they were extremely satisfied after their installation also! 10/10!“
