Sad to say, after 50 or so years of experiencing this great area with stellar success in the San Diego East County comunities with great reviews from the time most of us have had an opportunity for his company to serve us well, this is no longer his home!He has raised his children, said farewell to his eternal soul mate and & moved on to those memories that will help him get together with family members & in the fashion of the day; live out his life in retirement as he chooses!

I contacted Ed Jones Heating through HomeAdvisor, seeking advice if I should repair or replace a 35 year old heat pump in my rental unit in San Diego. He suggested to send his technicians to look into it and do repairs if possible. After assessing the situation, I decided to do a replacement. I got few quotes from others, and I most felt comfortable giving the job to Ed based on my phone conversations. I had read his one review and I was somewhat worried because of that negative review, but I decided to go ahead and give the job to him based on our conversations over the phone. The replacement has not worked that much, so I an wondering how it will function during peak times--heat and cold, but so far, the initial performance is fine. My tenants gave him and his workers all high marks and appreciated the way he cared about the job and doing it correctly and professionaly. I will comeback here and add more comments if needed.
