We rescued several homeless, throw-away kittens and cats and have taken them to this clinic. Dr. Dixon always spends ample time to explain things and really cares for all furry friends. “I have had 4 of my pets over the years go to Woodside Animal Hospital.

This trip in, I had to bring my old lady pup for euthanasia. My heart was thrashed... losing my sweet sweet girl. All staff there were very kind. Very gentle. Loving on my Baby until she was gone. The care and concern expressed was very endearing. Professional. Accommodated us in an emergency situation. I am in gratitude.

The facility is clean and well attended. It was busy lbutwe were greeted iand helped mmediately.

They try to help people financially if necessary and they've always seen Venus on the fly if there was a crisis. I drive 50 miles one way just to go to this veterinarian because they're so good.“

“Dr. Jacobs is an amazing doctor, my cats are my babies, he's a very caring & a very knowledgeable doctor. The nurses are so sweet and so caring too.“

“I don't why it is but my dog goes off with the doctor at ECLAP like she's going on a lark. The doctors and attendants have good bedside manners and I've yet to feel like we were being rushed out the door. And if you have to wait they have a pleasant sitting area outside. ECLAP is a ways away, unlike our former vet, but the drive is worth it. Also, ECLAP isn't as expensive as our former vet.
I have a theory....it may be the odor of death and chemicals that dogs don't like at vets as the reason they are fearful of going there. ECLAP is an open-air structure where it's ventilated naturally so that odor, if present, wouldn't linger.“

“Earl loves his visits at Singing Hills and so do I. Although he inevitably pees his pants on the ride there by the time he leaves he is comfortable and well cared for. They have been so attentive to his asthma condition and he is much better than ever before. His grooming was reasonable and high quality. Everyone there, from the doctors to the techs to the groomer are so professional and loving to all of the animals. I'm so glad to have discovered this wondrous facility. Having been all over San Diego and Tijuana I have found my forever vet at Singing Hills. Thank you!“

“Used the doggie hotel when I had to leave on a trip. They took care of my husky very well and was good rate. Most important they are air conditioned, clean and play with your dog as an individual.“

“All of our cats and dogs through 25+ years have been cared for by Dr Singh or his daughter now also a vet. They provide knowledgeable, companionate, common sense care and don’t go over board in costs and procedures. The office assistants are wonderful as well. As we age, letting go of our beloved pets becomes particularly hard. They provide a gentle procedure where you can spend the last moments saying goodbye, as well as offering a cremation services that can include a beautiful keepsake box for the ashes if you wish. I thank them of their compassion and understanding through all these years, and making a very difficult thing to do just a little easier. Thanks you for taking such good care of our sweet Smokie girl.“

“Our previous vet closed and recommended Advanced Care. Unfortunately, our first visit was an urgent one. However, the staff was very accommodating and compassionate. They were able to access our dog Brandy's medical records easily and managed her surgery and return home the same day. They called and checked in the next day to make sure Brandy was recovering well and we were comfortable with her recovery plan. We are grateful for the loving care provided to our family!“
