I met Chris about 16 years ago! He helped me so much with my dog Jack. After he passed at 15 1/2 I rescued a dog named Max who was 3 yrs. old. I was his fifth home and Max did not like rules. I was go grateful for the training I’d had previously but I called Chris and he gave me some basic reminders, including consistency. Max was a challenge, but I was afraid if I gave up on him he wouldn’t have a chance. It was very hard at times but we have come a long way. Chris is absolutely awesome. We call him the Dog Whisperer! He came to our house to help us with our year-old Golden Retriever. She had some behaviors we were concerned about. He spent some time talking to us about the problems and offered solutions. She was very responsive to him and his advice really helped us. He met me for a walk on a trail where we met other people and dogs and helped me to control her. She has made a great improvement. Now I take her to a group training that Chris teaches and this has also been very successful. I highly recommend him as a dog trainer. He has really helped us.

We've had Chris coming to our house twice to teach us how to behave our malinois/GSD mix.Starting with the dog jumping into the couch and barking at Chris when approaching the door, Chris walked us through some basics on behaviors and made "magic" within the first 15 minutes. After asking us to exercise the instruction he gave us we were able to properly control the dog even with contractors coming to our home.A month later Chris came back, this time helping us out walking the dog on the sidewalk also while other dogs came by. He introduced another few little tricks to us and left. We have now been exercising the tricks and the dog has become much quieter... read full review
