Gave them a $1000 deposit for replacement cover. Used previous owners for 30 yrs. These new owners took my money when they knew they were selling out. Don’t answer phones. They ruined the company in short time, Now am losing water so bill will be high. I always had cover on. Good riddance & I will see them in court!

They replaced my pool covers, were super friendly, and helped me troubleshoot an issue when it came up months later. They could have come out and charged me, but Beau walked me through fixing it myself on the phone. We originally bought our pool cover from Poolsafe. Short cover life (3.5 years! Twice!! What?!?!?), mediocre installation, like they were figuring it out as they went along (to be fair, that was 20 years ago, but I was not impressed) and ridiculously expensive service calls. And their sales pitch about saving money overall because you use less chemicals, water, etc. was a crock when you consider the monthly cost of a cover that only lasts 3.5 years.So.... for our third cover replacement we said enough is enough with PoolSafe, looked around, and ended up using Alternative Pool Systems. Their replacement was several hundred dollars less, and it lasted a lot longer (10 years...read full review
