receptionists are courteous, polite, and proficient. dr's although busy, (appointments extend out) spend the necessary time to respond to questions, refferals and suggest solutions.

My experience has been great. Th only thing I was disappointed about is my local Dr. doesn't take Advantage, so I have to travel 50+ miles for an appointment. Everyone's been very kind & helpful tho.

Only one problem was that I could not take my nephew to the dentist we were referred to because they Donot work on adult teeth unfortunately the tooth my nephew neede work on immediately was in fact an adult tooth. Called MCHC and left a maessaga for us to be re-referred and… nothin just crickets….& crickets and nothin. No call back nothibg. Still waiting by my phone…. StacyB. And… crickets.. must have been something I said?? Hmmm
