“Please come join us on Thursday mornings at 10 am at the new Lakeland Village community center. Today was my first class and it was so informative and felt great! I am a full figured woman and was feeling unsure about my abilities and being comfortable at a class, great teacher and nothing to worry about. Looking forward to many more classes.“
