Great energy! Folks are actually in there not only working out but encouraging one another and working together! And the staff is super kind and encouraging. Clean, stocked, and excellent machines! Great place to get in shape!

Valley Fitness is a great gym all around. It has all the equipment one may need for a good workout. There's usually not that many people in the gym so it's not overcrowded and everybody's friendly. Staff is also friendly and amazing. This is my favorite gym that I've ever been a member of.

Awesome gym!... Members have 24 hrs a day access. Gym offers different workout classes... Gym also offers silver sneaker classes. Gym also accepts different health insurance. Come over to check your eligibility.
