This is the only option in the area besides self-service to the dump. Reliable service and lovely customer service but after living in LA for decades, their recycling program is silly and in desperate need of a major upgrade.
The company as a whole is incredible, but the drivers on Powers Lane like to play games with those of us that work and need out. Over the years all the drivers have pulled over to one side and let us go, but the new drivers NO, they sit and laugh with each other pointing and laughing having a good old-time going slower, backwards down Powers lane keeping you captive for 10 minutes of your 30 minute drive to make sure you're late to work. That's minus one star for each driver and I'm sure one of them was Brian
They always made paying my bill easy. When I moved and no longer needed their service; they were the only company to send me refund without a fight. All the other companies I had to fight with them over my refund. Thank you Thomas Refuse for being a great and honest company.
