I was so impressed with our experience at Kern Veterinary Hospital. The staff, whether on the phone or in person, was warm, friendly and helpful. We watched them treat all the animals in the lobby like they were their favorite pet. Ours was treated just like that (even though it was their first time meeting our dog). Dr. Heather was warm and caring and thorough, and took the time to personally give us our options and made sure we understood the pros and cons of each, and sent us on our way with antibiotics and a follow up appt. Dr. Vicky and her staff do an exceptional job of caring for their patients. Beware, they are always busy! But if your animal is cared for by Dr. Vicky and team they are cared for by exceptionally committed and knowledgeable people.
