Clean, airy, well equipped, with a very warm and welcoming owner, Faraz. I was visiting from out of state, and he made me feel very welcome there for the days that I dropped in to work out. ?They had a women's class going on one of the days I was there, they also greeted me and I just felt like I was back home ?

This is the best place to work out!! I love it here! The community at Soco is unbeatable! Faraz and Rob are the best and truly care about helping you meet your goals. Everyone is friendly and encouraging there. This place has a family feel and you won’t regret taking a class here! I’ll never go anywhere else! :)

I moved to the Irvine area from the SF bay area and was looking for a challenging bootcamp that would kick my a**. I found it in Soco Strength. Faraz is great and encourages everyone during the class, no matter what fitness level you are at. My first "challenge day" workout wiped me out for the rest of the day. The exercises and drills made me push myself harder than I have ever done in any bootcamp, strength-wise. My legs are my weakness, but I feel like I have gotten stronger (dang sleds!) since I started. All I got to say is I'm glad I found a bootcamp that is challenging, with great members to workout alongside.
