Dr. Tang and the entire staff at Saddleback Dermatology are amazing! I always receive excellent care and Dr. Tang is committed to helping my skin improve. She took extra time to explain why my skin was dry and bumpy and suggested products and daily habits that will support my journey to better skin!
Office staff very friendly and helpful. Was told only some of my skin spots would be removed. Then told come back in a year. Felt like I couldn’t come back to get rest of skin spots removed. Didn’t feel as comfortable as I had in previous visits.
I put a deposit to do a procedure. Later, I changed my mind because I didn’t feel comfortable to proceed. They refunded me my deposit. I was quite surprised and pleased. I was hoping but didn’t expect to get refund (according to my limited previous life experience), I thought I might can exchange it into some other service or product, but, hey, they gave me my money back. For that, they deserve a 5 star!
