Katrina is my favorite!! I was referred to her by a friend almost 2 years ago. I recently had breast cancer/lumpectomy surgery. She helped massage my arm, chest and shoulder area to help w scar tissue and overall mobility. I have a physical and strenuous job. She is where I come to get relief with soreness and stiffness in my legs and lower back!! Thank goodness she’s always avail to see me!!

H & Q Day Spa is a professional massage and spa center located in Lake Forest, CA. All of our masseurs have received their state government certifications and are licensed in the state of California. In addition to state-certified training, our masseurs have trained with masters of Chinese medicine to provide you with a unique and effective massage and spa experience. We speak Chinese as well.
