I recently completed my DEXA scan after dedicating a year to OsteoStrong, and the results are nothing short of extraordinary. Happy Me at 70 years old ! When I signed on to do the OsteoStrong Program my back and hips were painful and my limitations were many. I started seeing results after a couple of weeks. I am experiencing a great new freedom from pain, and an amazing increase in my strength and balance. The staff is helpful and knowledgeable; the studio is bright and clean.
