    Really enjoyed my first workout. Extremely attentive and encouraging, Milka took the time to get to know me and understand my training goals. The equipment is in good condition, and kept extremely clean. Give the workout a chance to speak for itself, this place is about building strength!

    New Wave Fitness is outstanding, and Elizabeth is exceptionally knowledgeable and encouraging. The facility is very clean, and allows one to exercise without all of the usual disadvantages of a typical gym; no waiting in lines for machines, no stinky environment, no discomfort whatsoever. After going once a week for two years, I am absolutely confident slow motion resistance exercise is a lifestyle choice I can sustain indefinitely, thanks to Elizabeth/New Wave. The outcome has been improved strength and better health!

    I highly recommend this workout to anyone who's looking for a transformation. I've done different workouts throughout my life with varied results. This one is by far the most effective as well as a good use of my time in the "gym". I spend 30 minutes per week to work out and I'm rewarded with strength, improved posture, improved bone density, I look better and I feel better. The method is straight forward and Elizabeth's knowledge is top notch. I'm currently wearing smaller size clothes and I'll definitely have the wedding dress results I want.
