I was having trouble with my landlord regarding a suspected mold issue in my apartment. We went back and forth for over a year on the issue, with the land lord concluding there was absolutely no evidence of any mold in the apartment. Steve is a top notch inspector. He is affordable and incredibly helpful. He takes the time to explain his findings and how they relate to California requirements. While so many vendors today are mediocre at best; Steve is a rarity in the best sense.
