In my experience over the last few years going here, the doctors and nurses are very kind and listen well. However, every single time I try to call the office, the receptionists are nonexistent. I have tried four times now to call regarding a referral that I haven't heard back on, and every time I call, I sit for over ten minutes listening to hold music (without ever speaking to anyone) before giving up and either trying again or trying a different day. I even attempted calling the San Juan office, with the same results. In the past, I felt that it always took an extremely long time to end up speaking to someone, but at least I got to speak to them! I only return to the office because I like my doctor, but I don't know how much longer I can deal with the nightmare that is trying to contact the office.

Been seeing the same dr here for almost years, been prescribed 150mg of trazodone at night for the same amount of time (longer actually from previous dr) and today when I try to get my medication refilled, my dr treated me as though I abuse my medication and referred me to behavioral health then denied my refill. NOW, I'm in withdrawal for something I should NOT be in withdrawal for and I'll have to visit urgent care tonight. You DO NOT cut someone off cold turkey from 150mg of trazadone! EVER! I'm in hell. Seems as though the dr never has the full story or facts from my chart when I've been to appointments and has in fact asked me twice to my face who my dr is and has questioned my prescribers on some of my other medications before which were her own.

I wish I could give zero stars. My recent experience at this doctor's office was incredibly disappointing. The use of nurse practitioners and medical assistants lacking proper skills was evident, especially during an EKG procedure where they incorrectly blamed my wedding ring for a bad reading. It became clear that the stickers were improperly placed, and instead of rectifying the issue, they chose to tape over them, resulting in continuous inaccuracies. I requested to speak with the medical director, hoping for resolution, but unfortunately, the encounter proved to be unhelpful. When seeking a new referral, I was inexplicably told to make an appointment, despite already being at the office. This entire practice seems to lack the competence needed to provide adequate care, often resorting to referring patients elsewhere without offering clear answers. I strongly advise steering clear of this office. If you've had a similar experience, I recommend seeking a second opinion elsewhere and reporting these issues to the medical board. The level of care at this facility is concerning and has the potential to cause harm to patients. I am actually surprised that any one of the individuals at this office passed any sort of medical training I am concerned for the well-being of any of their patients. I will be taking this up with the medical board as I do not feel safe nor that they are giving the care they need to per Hippocratic Oath they took. Please do yourself a favor and find another office before it's too late it's been almost 6 months without any help, I've been forst to go to the hospital many times and miss many hours of work and lots of out-of-pocket money due to this office lack of being able to help those in need. I actually had their medical Director. Tell me if I have a problem I can speak to the office manager. The office manager was zero help and just sat there with a weird look on her face like I'm not a doctor what do you expect me to do?
