This is a very well run gym with plenty of machines, free weights and cardio equipment. The staff is friendly and approachable. I always see at least two people cleaning and restocking the facility when I'm there. I like the other members and the atmosphere is casual and polite.

The staff were very helpful when I called to inquire about a membership and got back to me with a recommendation to fit my needs. The gym is in a great location and they have good variety of equipment.
