Really the worst engineers I've ever worked with. You have to ask them multiple times to do anything at all - even if the contract already entails it. They will often refuse to do any critical thinking and force you to come up with an MEP resolution, which they will then implement. They lack knowledge of local codes and ordinances, which has multiple times resulted in drawings that are flat-out non-compliant with local codes.

The entry-level electrical engineering position was a not a good employment opportunity. Don’t expect training. Don’t expect to see the sites unless you’ve been there for 3+ years and compensation raises are not real within the first year.
