Karlee gave me the best facial I ever had and she's currently the best esthetician that I know. However, I'm giving her 4 stars since there's a big catch for getting excellent quality service. If you're use to scheduling last minute, sticking to a tight schedule, or starting your appointment on time then this place is not for you. Karlee works out of a small room in an office building filled with other single room business services. She does everything by herself including the scheduling and her specialty service . She is in high demand and so her appointments can get backed up for weeks and sometimes get rescheduled because of unexpected events. But if you're willing to be patient and make your appointment, it definitely feels worth the wait since she is very thorough, takes her time (She spent an entire 2 hours on my facial!), and makes you feel like a million bucks during the session. So yes, I highly recommend Karlee and would use her again in the future. I suggest to try out her Groupon deals.
