He's an amazing course instructor and truly changed my life for the better. John challenges his students to stop drinking for the duration of his class and accepting his challenge provided me with so many benefits, both mentally and physically. His sessions were therapeutic and even though I was completey opposed to having to attend in the beginning, they quickly became something I looked forward to weekly (and almost a little sad to end).
