Underline energy concepts will never disappoint. My daughter's panels all went out, And on my house one panel was out. Called Sal, He sent someone out right away, Ordered a new converter for my daughter's house, They came out and installed it, and came by my house and fixed my panel as well. Underline energy cares about people. They know how hot it gets in san diego, and AC being used all day. They made sure the solar was up and running in no time to help save on energy. Sal also cares Because he fixed the solar on my daughter's house that another company installed, but went out of business. I’m reposting this because I’m not sure I sent my first message correctly. Jeff and his crew did an outstanding job on our solar system. They were polite, professional, and hard working even in this heat. They did an excellent job and our project is beautiful. We could not have asked for a better experience. The same goes for all our contacts with the main office!
