I went to Total Care Urgent Care not only because it's my go to Urgent Care when I have an emergency but because they are always so friendly and caring and very, professional, so I don't know what's up with all the terrible reviews but I think they deserve 10 stars ⭐️ ➡️ Today I had an emergency and I went to this facility, at 11:20am they called me to the back and I was seen by the Dr within 15 minutes & out by 12:10pm and the Dr and the whole staff were AWESOME!! THANK YOU TCUC YOU GUYS ROCK !!! ???
Gabriella went so far above and beyond for us today I cannot thank her enough. Between insurance verification and just being so incredibly helpful I couldn't appreciate it more. She genuinely wanted to help us, healthcare needs more people like Gabriella. <3
I rather go here then my primary doctor. They are help me with my needs. I waited maybe 30-40 only because there were 4 people ahead of me. The MA was concerned of my symptoms and made sure I was taking care of. The doctor was very professional and gave good advise. I highly recommend but just varies on wait time.
