horrific. I'm not going to type our entire experience out, but it was similar to many of the other horrific experiences below. Terrible scheduling, phone tag for no reason, calls on sunday night about appointment, then they show up when we're not home and decide to just spray the outside out the house forcing giant black spiders to come inside, then they leave the invoice on your door lol. The home warranty companies are the only thing keeping this company in business. Since moving to California our experience has been that only the Hispanic owned companies and/or Hispanic people are the only ones who actually show up, want to work, and do the jobs.

Robbins pest management was supposed to come out and treat my home today. I was told they were professional and would arrive between 10am and 12pm. I called around 11am and asked for an eta. They couldn't give me one and said the technician would be on time. I didn't receive a call until 315pm from the guy asking me where I lived, because he couldn't find my house. If they just input my address into Google maps it would come right up. I had the appointment cancelled and just sprayed myself. I was assigned this company by our home warranty and greatly disappointed. They scheduled an agreed appointment for the weekend and time block. After text messages and confirmations they failed to show. This is not how a professional company should operate. Plans were cancelled and when I called them to inform the company of the no show they were not even aware. I tried to reschedule, but things had to be to their required schedule after they failed to show. I would never recommend this company to anyone. Unprofessional, unreliable and undependable. I will be contacting the warranty company and request a new company. If I could I would give no stars.
