“This was my first time at this nail salon, and my first impression is that it's very clean and well-maintained. When you arrive, you have to log in with your phone number to create an account, which is very easy to do. This registers you for the waiting list. I went during the week Wednesday at 11 am I guess without an appointment and it was very busy, so I did have to wait for an hour. I suggest making an appointment beforehand to avoid a long wait. Despite the wait, the establishment is super clean, super nice, and everything seemed very organized. I got my nails done by Kat. She is a really nice person and did my nails quickly because I had to leave by a certain time. Even though I waited for an hour, which I understand is due to the busy time I went, she did a great job with my manicure. They do offer complimentary drinks, but unfortunately, I wasn't offered one during my visit. Kat mentioned that next time, I should mention that I didn't get my complimentary drink, and I can get one then. Overall, it was a really nice experience. I do normally book ahead of time, which I will do again, but being that this was my first time, I still felt like it was a pleasant experience. I would definitely go again.“

“I called at 9:30 for a pedicure at 10. I asked for Tammy because of her reviews- glad I did. When I first walked in I said I had an appointment with Tammy I was asked to sit in a chair. However, I felt like I was being judged by all the ladies there because I asked for Tammy. After a few minutes Tammy arrived with a liner for the bowl. I didn't get anything special, I think they call it P4 with gel polish which an added $13. Tammy made sure to pay extra attention to the heels when for the callous removal. Which is just where I needed it. She listened when I said no oil, I just prefer lotion. I'll definitely be back.“
