I have been going here for a couple of years and my experiences haven't always been great. That was until I had an appointment with the new PA, Krystal Lott and my review is based primarily on her. As well as the receptionist Cindy and Anthony (I'm not sure of his title) who are always a joy to see. I had been mentioning the same issues I was having at previous appointments and it was always dismissed until I had seen Krystal. Not only did she listen to my concerns she actively helped me find a solution and I couldn't be more grateful!! She is the true definition of a caregiver. She will not brush you off or prejudge you. So, I decided to check out this clinic cause I had to do a physical for work and it was convenient since it’s close by.Before I went, I checke the online reviews because, you know, you gotta. there was this one review that was off-the-charts negative and obviously looked into it cause those are the most helpful This lady was so bitter, it was almost funny. She even trashed another place for not speaking English. I mean, come on, that’s just looking for problems where there aren’t any. My brother is a patient at this clinic And every time I come with him the staff is quick and friendly. We are always greeted with a smile. The doctor has excellent bedside manners and listens to you.
