I had a new water heater installed by these great folks about 2 years ago. Recently, there was a defect in the pilot lighting part of the unit. Paul knew exactly who I was when I called and remembered the services I had done. He came out, found the problem, replaced the part and was done in about 40 minutes….all under warranty.

Awesome plumbing company! Highly recommended for all your plumbing needs! They went above and beyond to help a couple of elderly women who had been taken advantage of by other plumbers in the area! Family Pride Plumbers came out assessed the problem, gave a couple of estimates depending on the root of the problem and lived up to exactly what was said! No better plumbers around!
